Baby Kangaroo Deliveries

Within office hours we aim to despatch all deliveries within 48 hours of receipt of delivery and receipt of a cleared payment, subject to items being in stock.

Office hours are Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm. Orders made outside of office hours or on bank holidays will be dealt with on the next working day and in most cases should still be dispatched within 48 hours so long as items are in stock.

We aim that all orders reach their destination within 72 hours of our dispatching them, although occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control this may not be possible. Please therefore allow 5 days for delivery, although in most cases we estimate your items will be with you within 72 hours of our sending them.

Currently we send by registered mail all orders to mainland Spain and the Islands. Delivery is only available on weekdays. There is no delivery on a Saturday or Sunday.

Urgent Delivery

For clients who require urgent next day delivery, perhaps in the case of a gift box or urgent item, we do operate a 24 hour courier service upon request. For more information on prices to your area please contact us at

This service is only available if the items are in stock and if the order is received before 11.30am on a normal working day.

We are happy to send packages to other countries in Europe or to other continents. If you would like an overseas delivery please email with details of the items you would like to order, where you would like them sent and the timescale in which they are required. We will then aim to respond to you with a price within 24 hours, if it falls outside of our normal charge scale.

Out of Stock Items

We try to ensure that all items are always in stock, however due to transport times, delivery and situations out of our control we cannot always control when stock will arrive in our offices. If your item is in stock we will aim for it to be with you within 72 hours of receipt of payment . Orders not in stock will be sent as quickly as possible but please allow at least 7 days for your order to be processed.

Payment facility and Information

We accept payments on the website via Pay pal who are a secure server card processing facility. Pay pal accept all major credit cards and you can make payment in your own currency. Pay pal does require some personal information from you in order to make a payment. The information you provide is stored by Pay pal and not shared with Baby Kangaroo. We recommend all users read the Pay pal terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase in order to understand the Pay pal privacy and security policies which may differ to the policies set out here by Baby Kangaroo. Baby Kangaroo is not responsible for your Pay pal transaction.

For clients who would prefer to pay Baby Kangaroo directly, we offer a direct bank transfer service to our account in Spain. Customers who would like to take up this option can organise a transfer from their own bank by contacting us for our Bank details. Please be aware that your bank may charge you for this. Transfers may take 2 or 3 working days and we will not be able to despatch your order until the payment has cleared in full in our account.


We hope you are happy with your Baby Kangaroo products but appreciate that at times returns will need to be made. We do therefore accept returns within a time period of 28 days from the date of receipt, although we can only issue a monetary refund if you return your product within 14 days.

For a credit card refund your product must be returned within 14 days from the day received. ( you can also receive an exchange or voucher within this time frame) Returns received between 14 and 28 days will be refunded with a Baby Kangaroo voucher or can be exchanged for the same item in a different size, colour etc or for another item of matching price.

We can only accept returns under the following conditions

The item is returned to us in pristine condition and in its original packaging and We cannot accept returns on items which have been used, broken by the recipient, damaged by the recipient or have no packaging


We cannot accept items which are returned after 28 days.

If we receive the item in the correct condition we will refund your original purchase price excluding the original postage ( if the product is received within 14 days ) or exchange the item for one in a different size, colour or for the same cost or issue you with a Baby Kangaroo voucher which can be used by contacting, if the item is received within 28 days.

Please note, we are unable to refund posting and packaging, except in the case of the product being faulty.

We recommend sending your item back to us via the post office, however we also can suggest other safe and cost effective ways for you to send returns to us. For more information please email us at

If you receive an item which is faulty or damaged through no fault of your own you can return it to us within a reasonable time period.

Before returning an item we would appreciate it if you could send us an email stating why you are returning the item and the date you have returned it. This way we will know to expect your item and can contact you if we don`t receive it. Please send this email to Secure the product in the packaging in which it arrived and send it back to us at our office address.

To ensure a safe return we recommend you take the package to your nearest post office and send via an insured delivery service. We cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost during the returns process.

Once we have received the product and providing it is received in its original condition we will then refund your credit card, issue an exchange or send you a voucher.
